Development of referees will continue
this season under the UEFA Convention and with record number involved in our Assocition. Former FIFA referee John Ferry will head the development what hope will be future senior
referees in Northern Ireland along Alan Snoddy. Fermanagh and Western Referees Association have had development group since 1997-2011
under the leadership of Basil Marshall for 2011/2012 season will see him continue the success of previous
years. There will be four groups while the IFA National members which will be under guidance of Adrian
McCourt, Michael Ross, David Best and Alan Snoddy and four regional leads Basil Marshall, Hugh Carvill, Raymond
Allen and Frankie Hiles

Basil Marshall
The Association as three members in the IFA National Group with Kevin Taggart, Damien Maguire
and Christopher Faris with their mentors being Basil Marshall, Gerry Flynn and Clive Mitchell.
REGIONAL GROUP MEMBERS
The Association as named Michael Connolly,
Joshua Porter, David Carson and Kyle Hay as four members in this group with mentors being Gerry Flynn, Tim Marshall, Wesley
Campbell and Declan Grimes.
ASSISTANT REFEREES GROUP
The members in this group are Andrew
Stevenson, Shane Corrigan, Nevin Gibson, Scott Brier, Johny Thompson, David Anderson and Luke Ormsby. The mentors for
these members will be Richard Storey, Roy Beacom, David Hamilton, Gerry Flynn and Tony Sharkey.
